It seems impossible to work and keep up with my children. Employers are not understanding when you call out with a sick child. But I do not have family or friends in this area to help me out when my child can’t go to school or day care. What am I supposed to do other than call out? Do these employers not have children? It’s been a problem with every job I’ve had when I have to call out for my kids.
