While preparing for Easter this year with our toddler who's now old enough to sort of "get" the egg hunt concept, I realized:Eggs will go bad if you hide them the night before the way you do for Christmas gifts. Meaning all those years celebrating as a kid, my parents had to set an alarm to hide eggs around the living room before me & my siblings woke up.This is probably #1,780 in the list of things I didn't appreciate sufficiently that my parents did for me until I became a parent myself...
