Drinking in front of kids, and other people’s kids

Do you drink in front of your kids?Do you drink in front of other people’s kids if they are not okay with it and you’re dining together outside?Do you drink in front of other people’s kids if they’re not okay with it and you are in your own home?I’m talking about a single drink, not getting wasted.Personally, we don’t have a problem drinking in front of our kid and have often taken him to a bar and had a beer (me) or two (the hubby). I’m hosting a play date and most of my friends who are coming are fine with having a drink in front of their kids, but one of them isn’t, so we are abstaining out of respect for her wishes.Just wondering about other perspectives on drinking in front of kids ;) via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2JqDonu
