I just caught my two year old boy having climbed up on the dinning table for the first time as I came back in from taking out the trash. I playfully scolded him and then grabbed him off the table and spun him around. As I was doing it I realized, wait, he just did something I don't want him to do and now I'm having fun with him.I put him down and, after he got his bearings, he ran right to the chair to climb up again. Damn it! It's just me and him until his mom gets back late Sunday night. A weekend of undoing my mistake and reaping what I've sewn lies ahead. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/360ipDH
