My wife has started a new job on Monday and she is about 16 weeks pregnant - when to tell HR about the baby?

She had just started the interview process for the job she just got hired at - she’s really excited about it. She is scared shitless about having to tell her work cause she just started. She has a meeting with her HR representative tomorrow. Is this a good time to tell them? Or Should she wait a few more days?
