my daughter just turned 3 and pooping in the potty has been a huge struggle. she has been potty trained with pee since 2, but she's always wanted to poop in the diaper.I noticed it was more of a mental thing and we got her to a point where the diaper was just lining the small potty (just catching the poop) so she wasn't actually wearing it.Trying to make it a non traumatic process but its been getting a little ridiculous and she started reverting back screaming to wear the diaper (she will hold her poo for days if i tell her we have no diapers etc)Just ran across an old internet post where another mother said her pediatrician suggested cutting holes in the diaper, making the holes gradually getting bigger.AND IT WORKED!!!!!!!!! poop went into the toilet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!She is wearing baby ass chaps, but the poop went into the toilet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Just had to share :) I can't remember the last time I was so proud or happy lolTLDR: kid only wants to poo in diaper so i made baby ass chaps. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2OTpMo1
