My LO is 2 now, and while we love sharing the stay-at-home duties (we both work 2/3rds time), we've been itching to take off weekends and have more time together as a family. We toured a bunch of local daycares, but they all require multiple days a week. Care dot com appears to be mostly young 20s women which is fine, but we've already had a couple babysitters for evenings and find that students are just never available during the daytime when it would help with work schedules. Where else would be a reasonable place to find babysitters? Ideally, we'd just find someone recommended from friends and coworkers, but we've tried asking around and they either use frequent daycare or have family nearby that fills in the gaps for them. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2xXuWrw
