My son said his teacher pinches his butt hard while changing him if he goes poop in his pull up.

I was just changing my three year old son. He popped in his pull up. While I was wiping his butt, he told me his new teacher pinches his butt when she changes him and that it hurts a lot. I asked if she does it being silly or if she does it mean and he said she does it mean. I'm not sure if I'm reading too much into nothing or if this is something I should be concerned about. Im thinking of bringing it up to the director of his daycare or his teacher but I'm not really sure how to go about it.
