I've been a stay at home mom since our 2 year old was born. For the last year y husband and I have been having some problems and he now wants me to pay half the bills out of a savings gift I received from my uncle after he passed away. He is the only one working and does not give me equal time to work even though I'd like to work again if only just a day or two. He says that we have plenty of money and I don't have to work and that he is working for us but now wanted me to pay.
