What types of communication do you get (like or dislike) from your child's school?

I am posting this on behalf of my school. Our parent coordinator is trying to expand her job duties and make parents feel more welcomed and involved in the school. This is a middle school but any replies will help service our students. Feel free to answer as little or as much of these questions as you'd like!"I am curious to know how does your child's school communicate with you? What events did you enjoy most attending? Or more so, what types of strategies do you think would drive more Parent participation?
