My boyfriend and I have been together for three years. He has a 8 year old daughter who he was sole custody of. I've noticed over time that he is very critical of almost everything she does. He yells, and can be controlling.I believe this has had a serious impact on her mental health.How should I approach him about going to counseling? It's almost to the point where I'm ready to walk away because it drives me nuts and I have my own son who is 5.I've tried talking to him about how he speaks to her.
