My last year (after 23 years) as an elementary school parent is this year.

I have 4 kids who are SPREAD OUT. They're 28, 22, 16, and 11. They all went to the same elementary school, and I have had a kid at this school since 1993! My oldest son's kindergarten teacher is going to be my 11 year old's 6th grade teacher this year before she retires.Do you have any ideas for things we can do this year? I have been a fairly involved parent at the school, and I've seen LOTS of changes. I think it's neat that me and my daughter's teacher will "retire together" like we said last year. How do I make this year special? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2v3NXJ8
