My 19-year-old son is self-employed. He sleeps until noon, smokes pot, neglects his business, barely makes any money, and wastes what little money he makes. What should I do?

My 19-year-old son is self-employed. He offers freelance web design and essay writing services, He smokes pot, sleeps until noon (or later), and misses over half of his calls. He's neglected his work on many occasions and lost many clients, and had to refund them.He started this business at 17. He used to be hard-working, used to make $3000/month. On some months he even made $5000. Half a year ago he started smoking pot and being lazy. He drove his business into the ground. He now makes only about $1000/month and wastes it on pot, electronics, video games, and going out. He works only 2 hours/day.He also recently spend everything he had saved up, about $30,000, on a brand-new car (despite my advice to buy a used car for $8000 and save the rest). He does not pay rent. What should I do? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2LynOH4
