How do I wash out oil from my daughter's hair?

My daughter has had lice for a while now.. I had tried a bunch of shampoos and nothing was working. I just got a "lice eliminator" from CVS and WOW it is working very well because the main ingredient is tea tree oil.Once I'm done with the treatment, I do bathe her and wash her hair with regular shampoo and conditioner. However, her hair is still very oily from the treatment.. How can I wash out all of the oiliness from her hair? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2bMkwlE
