Girlfriend wants to be a mom but I feel like I'm too young

I'm 21 and my girlfriend is 19 and our relationship is still decently fresh but she's made it clear she wants a kid within 2-3 years. She's always wanted to be a mom rather than go to college. I'm in the middle of my degree and I told her I need to wait until I get at least my Bachelors. But in the back of my mind I scared because I think it's too soon. I want to be a dad but not for a while. If she got unexpectedly pregnant I would step into the father role but I don't want to yet. She talks about it all the time.
