2.5 year old only sleeping 9-10 hours a day

My daughter used to be a great sleeper until we converted her to a toddler bed a couple months ago. Then her naps fell apart and would take up to two hours to fall asleep at night. She just does not stay in bed. This week has been extra "special"; she hasn't been napping at all and has been falling asleep at 8:30 pm and waking up at 5:30 am. She has blackout blinds, a night light and a fan in her room for white noise. We've also tried an OK to Wake clock, but it hasn't worked. How is she making it through the day on 9 hours of sleep? I am out of ideas... via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2ttym3e
