We were just walking across the street, 2 yr old in right hand, pushing empty stroller in left. It's my light. A red van turns and clips the stroller. If my kid had been in it, she wouldn't have legs. Stroller is shredded on the side. I took pics of the car after getting back to the curb. Pics are blurry. What can I do to get it visible?
