I'm a cop in UK. I specialise in riot training and get call outs to do house entries, disorder etc (for the non uk, a bit like swat but without guns).The Mrs does office hours, so today I got in very late at 4am after a call out last night, had to get up at 8 to look after little one(10 months) . But had to skip taking her to her swimming lessons because i was too tired to drive. I miss quite a lot with working long shifts and these call outs and other work related stuff.Anybody have any tips on managing or improving this?
