We have a two kids, one newborn and a 3.5 year old.Next year we are thinking of doing a vacation and bringing our nanny/childcare to help out.Our expectation is to watch one of the children at a time for parts of the day. For example, if we want to go to dinner, have the nanny watch the 3.5 year old. If our 3.5 year old wants to go to beach or pool, and we are napping with the infant, nanny takes her.Wondering what best practices are for payment on this type of thing.
