What are some things your parents did that you could never get away with in this age?

I was thinking back to my childhood and I remember any time I or my siblings got on my mom's last nerve, my mom would yell "Do you want to die the death of a million screams?!" Lol, I imagine if anyone heard me saying that to my daughter, I would have CPS at the door.
