Often at dinner one of my kids will ask a question that is interesting and important and that my husband and I don't know the answer to. My husband likes to ramble on and guess the answer. I want to instantly google it and get the answer so we can continue to have an informed discussion. My husband thinks it's disruptive for me to get up and get my phone. (I never text or any other phone stuff during dinner. ) I base this on my childhood where we were often got up from the table to check the encyclopedia (remember those?).
