Son (4) might have anxiety

My son started school in September. He was toilet trained during the day bar the occasional accident and wears a pull up at night.Since he started school over the past 3 months he’s been weeing himself a bit here and there and i just thought he hasn’t made it to the toilet on time, but it seems to be begetting worse. He came home wet yesterday even after he spoke to him about it and asked his teacher to ensure he’s allowed to go when he needs to within reason.The day before he was sitting on the couch with his dad and weed himself while he was sitting there. I asked him why he was wet and he said oops and looked chastened. He’s knows he needs to go to the bathroom, he just doesn’t seem to be doing it and I’m worn wrong if it has something to do with school or maybe he’s trying to get attention (he has a 19 mo sister).He’s also started biting his nails down to the quick and I just thought it was something he’d picked up at school but now I’m wondering if the 2 are related and it’s an anxiety of some kind.He seems to like school and no problems going in and has friends and enjoys it etc..
