Hello, not sure if this is the right subredddit! My ex-husband wants to modify our custody order, the kiddos are older now and he wants an order that reflects something like if they were younger. I am not in agreement with this idea, my current concern is when I seek legal advice that his wife will be petty. So I want to know what needs to be done to get my house ready for CPS, if it helps I live in NC. I am at a loss because we have co-parented pretty well for the last ten years, they just don’t like that I recently got re-married.
