My foster son is terminally ill (kidney and heart failure) and wants to go to Disneyland.Unfortunately, he already used his “Make-A-Wish” years ago. He wanted to go to Disney then, however he was hospitalized so they gave him a shopping spree instead. His parents then pawned everything he got. We’ve contacted Make-A-Wish to explain, unfortunately they have a pretty strict “no double dipping” policy, which is understandable.I’m looking for other organizations, either for foster kids or sick kids, that could help defray the cost of taking him. Unfortunately we did not know how sick he was when he was placed with us, so we were unprepared and have missed a lot of work, so our own finances are tight.Thank you for any suggestions! via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2U8G7HR
