I need to sleep train (modified CIO) my nearly 2 year old (20 months). He likes to nap in my arms and wakes up every night at least once, if not twice.After a lot of discussion, today is the day. We decided to start with nap time.He has been in his crib crying for two and half hours. We went in at 5 min, 10 min, 20 min, and then we let him cry. I am losing my mind. Every min or so, he just screams Mama over and over and I want to die a little inside. And this is only nap time! How the hell am I going to do this again tonight!He naps great at daycare and goes to bed on his own with our sitter, so I know he knows how.Someone, anyone, tell me this works and is worth it! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2glRHMp
