Dual Working Parents with Kids in Pre-School: how to you navigate drop off/ pick up equally? Tips for success?

Post title says it all.We’re working parents, 37 and 39, with a 3yo and 5mo. We’re trying to figure out a schedule of drop off and pick up that allows both of us to be successful.I don’t want to limit the post discussion to my exact situation. But for background, I work billable hours and start at 8. She’s more flexible, but travels by car a lot.
