My friends and I all started off wearing briefs (usually tighty whities) because that's what our parents bought us. Most of us eventually switched to boxers or the hybrid later in middle school. But the other day with my nephew I noticed he was already wearing boxer briefs and he's not even that old (6), like I was still wearing cartoon briefs at that age. And then at Walmart there was one of those promotional bins for underwear and all the options for boys were boxer briefs. So are parents still buying briefs for their sons?
