Bad day for our family, need some support.

So for the past 3 weeks, my 3 year old son has been extra thirsty lately and been chugging water like crazy. Hes being peeing a lot more lately as a result.Mom and I were a little concerned so we took him to the clinic this morning to get some labs. We got a call about 45 min later that we needed to go get checked into the hospital because his blood sugar was high and he has sugar in his urine.They confirmed our fears, and diagnosed him with Type 1 diabetes. My head is swimming and have no idea what to expect. I feel so awful that he has to deal with this for the rest of his life and has to have daily finger pokes and insulin injections.Anyone else have a kiddo with diabetes? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2FBnDdd
