7 year old son says he isn't loved. We are unsure how to convince him he is.

We just had twin girls so obviously we were concerned that the 7 year old would feel ignored (he is high functioning autism fyi). He went from being the only star to being 1 of 3. Mom and I specifically made plans so there is always "Jason Time" (names changed), and he is never ignored even when both twins are having meltdowns or are feeding. J and dad have craft time once a week, he goes to sports once a week and he does swimming with relatives once a week. My family also take him horseback riding once a monthish.When he gets in trouble for not listening or anything else, lately hes been breaking down and saying "im the worst" "i dont feel loved".
