What happens when I report a picture of my child on Facebook?

Hi all,Well, the thing is, my husband's uncle has posted some pictures of my son on facebook. My husband has asked him to take them down, but he hasn't done it (he is old and sort of weird). I want to report the pictures to Facebook and have them remove the pictures, but would like to know what and how much info the uncle will get from Facebook when I report the pictures.
