Son(6) confused his step mother with his mother, should i be concerned?

So my son(6m) confused his step mother with his real mother, and im not sure if i should just shrug it off to prevent further confusion, find it as a positive and endearing, or be direct with himFull disclosure, my sons mother is terrible. In 2018 so far, shes cancelled around 15 visits, only having him over for one weekend in Janruary and a few hours for mothers day. His birthday was this past weekend, which his mother skipped this one and the last one. She currently claims she cant have him in her life until her place is 'bigger', which wont happen till the end of summer(???) Otherwise her place is too 'messy' to have him over.Honestly im taking the stance that if she doesnt want him over its more dangerous to try and force itHis step mother moved in last October.Anyways, my son and i were talking about how hes being rewarded for good behavior while driving home the other day, and i was paying more attention to the road than him, and i caught the ending of the sentence “and Vikki(step mother) kept my in her belly and i came out of her belly and i was a good boy.”When i asked him what he meant, he was a little flustered and said nevermind, and i dropped the subjectShould i confront him about it? If he makes the same mistake, should i correct him? Or is it better to not rip open that wound? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2Os2KEX
