My 25 month old son has recently started repeating the last consonant sound of certain words. For instance, if he says "truck", he'll mutter "k, k, k" under his breath. Or "pop" and then he'll make a "p, p, p" sound. Is almost sounds like he's trying to work on the pronunciation and he's playing with the last letter sound.
