Parents who give each other a night off, what do you do with your free time?

I know some families have a set up where mom handles all the dinner/bath/bedtime stuff one night per week so dad can have a free night and he handles it all another night so she can have a free night. What do you do with that time? I think if we had that set up in our house I'd prefer to stay home but of course then my toddler will come find me so it's not really the recharge time I need.
