My soon to be 16 year old son has been asking me if he can go to a party a friend is having. He is very mature for his age, and has been to a party before, and was sensible with regards to drinking (2 cans) etc etc.The party he has asked to go to is a 'get together' that will be at one of his friends apartments for the night. There will be adults there, which from what ive heard, they are very sensible, a couple of who work with children and other young people as there career, so understand the situation and will be in control.Would it be wise for me to let him go for the night? He has been upfront and said there will be alcohol (NO excessive amounts however), and that there will Certainly be NO Drugs of any kind.Any opinions will be greatly appreciated.
