I work from home doing software development. Currently I'm at a job that isn't very exciting but it affords me lots of flexibility and I watch my kid 3 days a week. I make a good salary but could make more if I looked for another job but I'd lose the time with my child. Spending time raising my kid feels like the right choice but I can't help but feel like I may be falling behind by not actively pushing for a new job and a higher position. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2axBbdc
