How do you mum's fight the urge to have another child?

I've got one child and I really don't want anymore but I still get that strong biological urge to reproduce. It's very annoying because all the cute newborns memories come back even though I've got a terrible two's child.Seriously how do you get past the urges? Can you keep them at bay?
