What fun family traditions have you started with your kids?

My son cried after his first day of kindergarten because the bus passed our stop and he thought he was going to get lost. So after lots of hugs, we had ice cream for dinner! We decided to make that a tradition. Now the kids look forward (at least a little!) to that first day of school because they get to pick any dessert they want for dinner.
