I am currently 23 weeks pregnant. I have my medical marijuana card for issues unrelated to pregnancy but I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidum and spent most of my first trimester in the hospital. I have been up front with my doctor about my marijuana usage throughout my pregnancy, and haven't had to give any urine samples at my doctors appointments so I have neither passed nor failed a drug test. Should I be worried about CPS possibly being involved upon delivery? I'm a first time mom so I'm not sure when the baby's first poop tests back to.
