Any advice for babies with delayed gastric emptying? What are some treatment ideas/causes? I have a 2 month old and we are running out of solutions to help her. She has delayed gastric emptying, laryngotracheal malacia, gerd, and obstructive sleep apnea. They have a transpyloric feeding tube in right now. She is still refluxing and the tube causes an obstruction in her airway on top of her already having obstructive sleep apnea this is not a good combination.
