I work from home and have a 12 week old. I love her to bits, but I am used to being a workaholic. How much time am I supposed to spend entertaining her? Is it bad to leave her in her donut and just stare around? I get how to keep her alive, but its the day to day mechanics of what the hell am I supposed to do and am I being a good mom?Edit: Right now, any moment she is awake, I am with her, finding things to do. But she's not yet on a consistent schedule (working on this, hence the questions).
