How do I teach my kid to blow her nose?

I'm going to go insane through the sniffling. My almost 3 year old clearly has some blockage, but I can't get to it! She asks for tissues constantly but can't physically blow to get it out. She only wipes her nose trying to get it out.This has been since last night...
