The title lays out the basic problem. My son just turned 5 and for the last year or so he's been very confrontational towards my father in law (Fil). Fil is a kind and caring grandfather and my son is his only grandchild at this point in time. There's never been any signs or evidence that Fil has made any transgressions and I don't suspect anything, my son just doesn't seem to care for him. We all live in the same city so we see him regularly and with social distancing he's been integral for my wife and I to try and get some work done. The whole thing makes me sad because I can see how much Fil loves his grandson but is hurt by the distance. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3bFWgNF
