How do working parents have time to spend with their kids?

I’m currently 6 months pregnant. My husband and I both work in tech. We work between 9 and 14 hours a day and sometimes weekends. I can’t imagine how there is enough time in the day to take care of children. It’s hard enough to make time to eat or go grocery shopping.
