Moms with sons when did you stop letting them into public restrooms with you.

My son is only 3.5 so obviously I’m not worried about it for another few years but I was reading something that sparked my interest recently in wondering this. If my son is anything like he is now at age 5,6,7 umm kinda want him with me he’s definitely a wild card. Just wondering when is the norm to let him stand outside the women’s room waiting for you.
