Is it possible that Toodles is actually a bad guy? How is it that he just happens to have all of the right mousekatools for the job? I believe he is helping create the bad situations that necessitate his existence. He wants Mickey and the gang to be his friend so badly that he creates bad situations just so that they call on him. Think about it... why is the mystery mousekatool always the perfect thing to finish the job? It's because Toodles created the whole scenario to begin with.
