How to react when your child wants to be called a different name

My daughter came home from preschool today and announced her new name was Elsa. 🤢🤢 I tried “Daddy and I picked out your name special and we’d like to call you that.” She replied, “Well, no.” 😂 I want to respond appropriately, but I’m not feeding this thing. If she wakes up tomorrow still in an Elsa state of mind how should I respond?I have tried searching for this but all I am getting is results on transgender children. via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2VuUQAX
