My teen is upset about going through puberty late. Any advice on how to help him?

Hello all.My 14 year old is a freshman in high school. He is just beginning to show early signs of puberty. His doctors are not concerned or anything like that. They say he is still within the normal range to begin puberty. He's simply a late bloomer.He recently told me that he doesn't really like going to school because he gets picked on a little for his high voice or for his height or because he isn't shaving yet. Things like that are starting to bother him and he says that it is especially prevalent in gym class.I have talked to him about how he's perfectly normal and how he's going to get to the finish line at some point, but that doesn't seem to be helping.
