Hired a teenage babysitter (my younger cousin) to mind my kids (ages 5 and 8) for 2.5 hours today. Is $10/hour ok? I live in MA and this isn't afternoon or evening, involves no dinner or giving meals. They may have a snack, but most things they can get on their own (crackers, yogurt, fruit)...I don't want to short change her since I hope to use her again, but wasn't sure what the going rate would be. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2lgZxZO
