Two year old gets burst of energy and won't listen

Around 3pm everyday. (He naps 12-2) my 2 year old gets a large burst of energy and becomes a holy terror. He screams and throws things, won't listen and laughs in my face when I get onto him. He runs in circles and pulls my or his sisters hair. It's non stop until he calms down. It doesn't last but about an hour or so but while it's happening it's awful.Does anyone else have a child like this?
