A group of researchers claims that preschool-aged children who have inconsistent bedtimes are more likely to become obese.


Interesting Article for discussion...They looked at a group of children in the UK and gauged how their routines were potentially tied to their body weight. "We found children who had inconsistent bedtimes were almost twice as likely to be obese by age 11 compared to kids who had regular bedtimes," said study author Sarah Anderson.
